Trevor has more 18 years of experience in personal lines motor, household and commercial insurances and is CERT CII qualified. He was with a leading national insurance broker for many years. Trevor is responsible for the financial side of the business as well as compliance oversight and implementation. Outside of work, Trevor is a keen golfer and enjoys cycling to work daily.
Sara joined R T Waters in 2020 and is responsible for business development, marketing and HR. She has a wealth of experience, having worked in marketing and communications for over 25 years including for several blue-chip companies. Sara and her husband, Graeme, acquired the business in 2014.
Rebecca joined us in 2017 and has extensive commercial lines knowledge and experience. She is responsible for the commercial lines team including oversight of the new business and renewals processes, as well as mid-term adjustments.
Colin has over 15 years of experience in insurance. His areas of expertise are high net-worth individual and premium motor insurance. Colin is responsible for the Personal Lines team.
Simon has over 28 years of experience in personal lines motor and household insurance. He was previously with long-established insurance brokers in Dorking and Guildford. Simon is responsible for renewal retention, new business and client administration for personal lines. Outside of work, Simon is an active fundraiser for a local charity and a follower of the McLaren Formula 1 team. Simon enjoys the finer things in life and is considered the gastronome of the office.
Ashley is the newest member of our team, however he has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. He is responsible for supporting the commerial team and dealing with our commerical clients.
Angel has more than 20 years of experience in motor, household and travel insurance. She is mainly responsible for new business, but she also deals with client administration and renewal retention. In her spare time, Angel loves spending time with her two children, Jamie and Jessica. She also considers herself to be quite the wine connoisseur!
Lisa’s main responsibility is to maintain the company’s accounts. She also supports the team in an administrative capacity.
